At North & Co. Canada, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@northandco-cad.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@northandco-cad.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
